Hard to find church information

The JdB Sound - Itsyy Bitsy Church Consulting Service:
|
| Are You Planning a new Church? |
We do new Church Planning. We do our best work before an Architect is hired. |
| In your current church, were you promised good acoustics? Did you get what
you asked for? |
Acoustics has always been a science and a very complex one. When you trust
the science, you have success. When you ignore the science, the results
are as predictable as the rising sun. There are a few people in this world
that truly understand church acoustics and who know the science so well,
that they can design churches that are beautiful and sound great without
extra costs of other churches of the same size. |
| Have you already built a few churches and still have acoustical problems? |
Acoustics should never be a trial and error process. The math and science
has been around for years. Most churches with good acoustics were planned
and many of them still have the engineering details to prove it. |
| Did you know that after a new church opens, at 18 month of age 83% of churches
cited acoustics and sound as one of their top 5 problems. (based on random
sampling 165 churches in 21 cities in 4 states.) |
After 22 year and 500 churches, we have studied many churches of all ages
and sizes and interviewed many churches about office sizes, classroom sizes
and quantities, restrooms needs, foyer sizes and fellowship hall sizes
- information that is exclusive to IBCCC. |
| Did you know that after 42 months, 90% of churches are already on their
2nd sound system and view that acoustics and audio sound were their biggest
mistakes by under funding those ministries. (based on random sampling of
322 churches in 48 cities in 27 states.) |
We use the Bible as a road map for sanctuary designing. What God taught
Solomon 4000 years ago are rules and principals that are still very true
today. Site lines, acoustics, multi-media, climate controls, emergency
exits and access, cost of construction were all set out for us right from
the best building guide - the Bible. |
| Did you know that only 2% of churches both past and present are built around
acoustics and 60% of churches that do have good acoustics were by accident.
Based on over 500 churches measured and tested by Joseph De Buglio between
1981 to 2002.) |
Churches with good acoustics and are willing to allow the church to be
used for occasional public use can often earn enough income to off set
the cost of maintaining a church. Churches with good acoustics can earn
up to $40,000 per year for a 700 seat facility. This does not include income
from holding church related concerts. |
| Did you know that a church built around acoustics and sound costs the same
or less than other churches? |
We Do not use typical commercial building techniques. Instead, we use techniques
that are uniquely designed for churches. |
| Did you know that churches built around acoustics have a higher average
attendance of 5 to 20% over 10 to 30 year period when compare to similarly
sized churches in similar demographics. (Based on 17 churches that have
very good acoustics.) |
|
| Did you know that 86% of new churches built since 1985 undersized their
Christian Education from 30 to 55%. (Based on 289 churches contacted at
random in 14 states and 22 different denominations.) |
Christian Education space is often underestimated and poorly designed.
Sanctuaries make money. Christian Education grows the church. |
| Did you know that one of the largest contributions to home church growth
is because of the sound problems larger churches have. |
|
| Did you know that when many home churches grow large enough to gather in
a bigger space, they often break apart shortly after they start using sound
equipment. |

|
| When do we contact a company like yours? |
As soon as your sure your ready to build |
| Do we hire you before or after hiring an Architect? |
Before you hire an Architect is best, but it is never too late to be of
meaningful assistance. |
| Can you really save us money? |
Yes. There are many factors that saves a church money. These factors include
better building techniques and better planning which heads off the need
to make requests for design changes which can add up to 2 to 6% of cost
overruns. Other thing are to recognize when or if a simple change to roof
lines can save a church thousands. Every client that has hired us found
that we either saved them money or we had no financial impact on final
budget while getting a better building. |
